Terms of Service

1. The service

Chief of Staff is a work assistant provided by AIRLIFTLAB, owned and operated by Mamta Sonwalkar. It helps you track tasks and goals, view your calendar and email, and coordinate with people in your organization. Accounts are created by signing up directly or by accepting an invitation from an organization administrator.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@airliftlab.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

3. Connected accounts

You may connect a calendar or email account. Calendars are read through a link you publish yourself; email is read using credentials you provide. We read this data to show it back to you inside the service. We do not send email or modify your calendar on your behalf, and you can disconnect either at any time from the Integrations page.

4. SMS program terms

Chief of Staff offers optional text message notifications. Taking part is not a condition of using the service or of any purchase.

• What we send. Messages contain reminders about your own tasks, goals, and calendar events, and announcements from an administrator of your organization.
• How you opt in. Text messages are off by default. To turn them on you must sign in, open your notification settings, enter your own mobile number, tick the box confirming you agree to receive text messages, and then confirm the number using a one-time code we email you. We never add a number that has not completed those steps, and we never buy, rent, or import phone numbers. The full flow, including the exact wording you agree to, is shown on our SMS opt-in page.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies — typically no more than one message per day.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Chief of Staff does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
• How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also turn text notifications off in your notification settings, or remove your number entirely. Opting out stops all messages from this program.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@airliftlab.com.
• Carriers. Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Chief of Staff to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to access data belonging to people who have not shared it with you. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including a missed reminder or an undelivered message.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes to the SMS program terms will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
