Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Chief of Staff collects and what we do with it. Chief of Staff is provided by AIRLIFTLAB, owned and operated by Mamta Sonwalkar.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a hash, never in readable form).
• Your work — the tasks, goals, notes, and links you create.
• Mobile number — only if you choose to turn on text notifications.
• Connected calendar and email — if you connect them, we read events and message headers to display them to you. Credentials you provide are encrypted at rest.

2. How we use it

To run the service: showing you your own work, delivering the notifications you asked for, and letting you share or assign work to people you choose. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. Who can see your data

Your tasks and goals are private by default. Other people see them only when you share or assign them, or if you belong to an organization whose administrator has oversight of that organization's work. Teammates can see when you are busy — times only, never the subject or details of a calendar entry.

4. Text messages and your mobile number

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone. Your number is used only to deliver the notifications you enabled, and is passed to our messaging provider solely to send those messages. You can remove your number at any time in your notification settings, or reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

Message frequency varies — typically no more than one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS program terms and the opt-in flow.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate the service: hosting, a database, an email delivery service, a text messaging provider, and an AI provider that powers the assistant. They process data only to provide those functions and may not use it for their own purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Ask us at support@airliftlab.com to delete your account and we will remove it and the work belonging to it. You can disconnect a calendar or mailbox yourself at any time, which also removes the data synced from it.

7. Children

Chief of Staff is not intended for anyone under 16.
